Service Area — Perth & surrounds (Western Australia)

We provide epoxy flooring and concrete coating services including garage floors, patios, driveways, warehouses, pool surrounds, and commercial spaces, as agreed at the time of quoting.

A detailed scope and surface preparation plan will be provided prior to commencement. Any work not listed in the agreed scope is excluded unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

We reserve the right to adjust the scope of work if site conditions differ significantly from those described or assessed at the time of quoting.

Epoxy coatings require adequate curing time before use. We will advise recommended timeframes for light foot traffic and full use (including vehicles) for your specific system.

The client is responsible for keeping the area clear and protected during the curing period. Damage caused by premature use is not covered.

Fortress Floors provides a limited workmanship warranty of 5 years on all installations, covering defects in application.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abrasion, impact, chemical exposure beyond the system's rating, or normal wear and tear.

No guarantee is provided against future cracking. Epoxy is a surface coating and will follow movement, settlement, or cracking that occurs in the underlying concrete substrate.

The client must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work area at the scheduled time, including the removal of vehicles and stored items. Essential utilities, including power and water, must be available.

We reserve the right to delay, modify, or refuse service where access is restricted or conditions are deemed unsafe.

The client is responsible for clearing the area and securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sensitive items prior to commencement. Any known hazards must be disclosed in advance.

We are not liable for damage to items that have not been properly cleared, secured, or disclosed.

We take all reasonable care in delivering our services; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects in the substrate, or wear and tear.

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of completion. Our liability is limited to the lesser of:

• the cost of rectifying the affected work; or
• the total value of the service provided.

We are not liable for damage to items that were not cleared from the work area or disclosed prior to commencement.

We maintain public liability insurance covering our flooring services. Details of our insurance coverage can be provided upon request.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately where there are unsafe working conditions, non-payment, or inappropriate or abusive behaviour toward our staff.
